My impression all along is that HH is going to be a "silent partner" as far as press releases are concerned and will rely upon Laidlaw both to (attempt to) meet the criteria set forth for the financing as well as to communicate the status of the project when appropriate through press releases... Therefore I do not expect to see any press releases from HH now or in the future... I too would like to see more interim and specific disclosures relating to achieving the necessary milestones but am willing to wait patiently for a final announcement whenever that occurs (whether or not the deal comes to fruition)...
