Veritas, That almost makes sense.
The problem is that without any update at all regarding progress on the Berlin NH lease to Laidlaw and the purchase by HH, and the delays the Berlin NH project has seen over several hundred days, it becomes difficult for anyone to capture credibility because an update hasn't been provided recently by HH.
It would seem very likely that if HH was moving in the right direction there would be a PR for HH at this point in the form of reassuring update, that is all. It would benefit HH to reassure everyone at this junction if anything plausible was occurring, that is all. Without that, the announcement that Laidlaw is seeking a 100 million to finance altering moth balled pulp mills, leads people, perhaps inaccurately, to think that since Berlin is the only "announced pulp and paper mill" in the pipe line currently that the 100 million request pertains to Berlin.
Perhaps Laidlaw need to exercise more communication with the IHUB community in the same fashion the company would benefit by communicating more effectively with each community than it has to date. It is at least good to see that the company's CEO is Finally coming forward in Hennniker after being a stranger in Berlin.
