That is not what I said at all, financial sector stocks build up assets to generate revenues. Trust me if the $717M in assets is real, then revenues will follow. It's all about building up a portfolio of revenue generating properties (assets)... to generate revenue (capital). DUH!
The point was there are some on this board who thought/think HCPC's Q1 (and future #'s) was/were only going to feature fees from loan origination and feature interest from loans being paid. This of course wouldn't create nearly as much revenue (capital) as actually realizing the actual revenue generated from each property in the portfolio.
I just like to know a sheep is a sheep and a wolf is a wolf without having to take its clothes off.
