X Date can be anytime. Can be the day news comes out, later or before the news is released, its when the company wants. So I do not know. All I know is if and when the deal is close and we get the news it will run. Ha or I think it will run.

Some will wait until the news and buy right away. No one truly know how a pink will react, we just give it our best guess. I have said to my self more than a few times what the hell was I thinking.

NOW the best you can do for you self is look at history.
Question to ask.

has the company dumped and completed a r/s and why.
is ther an income and from where (selling shares is not Income)
HAS the CEO done what he said.
BIHC has all the earmarks of being a real company and not just to sell share and screw shares holders.

ONE OF the main things I look for is there a poster (s) who
pumps all the time no matter what happens. Who's post seen to be insider info, some how they know thing no one else does; but no links to prove anything.

I am not talking about how posters here make statement at to what they think.
