that is so wrong. The process to uplist to the otc.bb is grueling. financials need to be posted for two years even if a prior company occupied the shell. The company needs their own Q's and K's done. The SEC scrutinizes these moves most never make it most never really try just talk about it. The only filing for this company is regdex filings which means they are issuing and selling shares . They have no SEC approved filings to date. Getting Q's and a K together with a SEC accepted auditor can take a year in itself then comes the question and answer process
