denkbar wäre also z.b., dass hartcourt nicht mehr 100% von zhengda für 415 mio. aktien bekommt, sondern nur noch 60% für 249 mio. aktien.
Dann hätte Zhengda weiterhin 40% ihrer Education-Beteiligung....und die kann man als Software-Firma wohl kaum gebrauchen.
Ich dachte immer das Zhengda zu 100% ihre EDU-Beteiligungen los werden müsste ?
