although 10M worth of dilution is usually not a lot for companies that have a much larger o/s, 10M here in the past few days on this volume can put a lot of negative pressure on the stock. Could it be that the only reason that they havent sold more is because there hasn't been more buying pressure? Also, if IMGW doesn't dilute, and IVIT does, why try to make comparisons between the two. IMGW's market value has nothing to do with IVIT's market value. Just because one company buys most of the other doesnt mean that the two companies are all of a sudden equal in value.
What I meant by "can't afford it" is 10M worth of EXTRA selling pressure coming from the company will kill any chance of a run on this small, tiny volume. If the volume was 70M a day and they diluted 10M over the course of a few days, then yes 10M worth of dilution, who cares. But that is not the case here. Nonetheless, I hope that IVIT does stop selling and lets the thing climb some more before they start again because it would be better for the shareholders and for the company. But selling into buying pressure as soon as it comes in will not bring MORE buying pressure, you can be certain of that.
Yes the 1,250,000 liabilities reduction is very great news, but perhaps the reason that the stock didnt run on it (a company valued at 207k reduces debt by over 1M could have run the stock) was because someone was selling into the buying pressure. notice how when bid whackers step into a stock, people tend to stop buying at the ask
