That's a 10 million increase in O/S since last Thursday. What do you mean can't afford it?

The deal restructured most of Invicta's liabilities while adding assets to the balance sheet. We have eliminated the accrued compensation of $217,754 and over $1,250,000 of accounts payables and accrued liabilities have been terminated.

Mr. Sorkin has reduced IVITs debt by over 1.25 MILLION dollars. The ammount of 10 mil shares added to the O/S is chump change and probably barely enoungh to pay for the Recent Prs and Filings. Or do you think he should be taking it out of his pocket?

This is the CEO of IMGW which closed at .007 today and to the best of my knowlege has not dilluted it into the Dark ages. How would you like to see this closing at .007?

He has already done 1 aquisition and plans more. The old BOD is gone now.

From my understanding he wants to uplist IMGW to the OTCBB. What a better place to do it than right here. That would be called a R/M. Mr Sorkin is quickly gaining my respect and I'm looking foreward to a very SWEET ride here.
