I am saying that they are virtually worthless at the present time. Sure, I would like them to be worth something but there isn't much reason to hold out hope based on the last 10 year's performance.

The current share price is almost 90% below what I paid for them and I bought them relatively cheaply. The only thing I kick myself for is not selling everything at $7 a share instead of just part of my holdings. Hindsight is always easy.....

Houseboater is probably laughing at us all while having a drink on his boat at Lake Powell.
