he's just bitter about the whole thing. last week he admitted defeat and announced that the defendants would have to settle and that we were going to do pretty well. this was a complete 180 from what he had claimed all along (mosh was going bankrupt, the trust would be terminated, the case was garbage etc). of course now he is trying to throw some punches much like a little kid does when he doesn't get his way. he's very bitter and you can tell how pissed he is. i guess posting his drivle is a way for him to kind of release his frustrations and anger.
