Imo the way the events have unfolded, Jason ran out shares before he reached his mil $ limit, reason being he couldn't sell the shares fast enough so he ran the pps right into the ground. So now he needs the raise the a/s to 10 bil so he can raise the remainder of the 250k that brings him to a million dollars, small problem pps is at .0001 no bid, how can he get the rest of the money, easy he goes to an accredited investor and discounts even more, yes below .0001 hundreds of millions of shares as Pastor phil has suggested, probabbly at .00005-.0001 area.now jason is getting fractions for his dollars, he has no choice but to r/s simple reasoning he would exhaust the remaining 5 bil shares and practically have nothing to show for it money wise. aimho
