Some do some don't. Usually only ones in the room where they are meeting do. I have been in those rooms. Could be different but the confidential no one talks was made very clear. I know no one where I worked who knew would talk. They have lost their jobs by doing so. Attorneys like having clients. If anyone talked they be fired to. You will no know a thing until PR hits or heads would roll. You never know but doubtful.
