I think every day without news we move higher. Just think of all the lawyers, auditors and general staff who are in the know about people coming and going. And of course, they all have knowledge of the PR announcing pending sale. Who stays, who goes, transfer of contracts, leases, banking, stationary, web site management and much more. Eventually people get the idea and prepare their trading accounts with cash to move in ASAP. Smart stock promoters, and believe me they know, have buys ready to go as soon as news breaks. BIHC will move faster than an 18-wheeler going down hill. Most orders won't fill because they will always be behind the ask. By the time an order is placed and you have looked at the ask the MMs will have already moved on. Many will load up this week because they, like myself, believe good news is coming.
