Why doesn't IDCC repudiate these inaccurate stories with press releases and other forms of communications? It is amazing that their whole business model is being weakened by these lies and IDCC does nothing to stop it publicly. Maybe after a court victory they will take the muzzle off their mouth and start to let the world know that these lies will not be acceptable anymore. I don't think Q would stand for this type of inaccurate reporting IMO and would demand a retraction.

This Nok nonsense about suit happy Interdigital has really hurt the reputation of the company. It could not be that the IFX chip performs better than any other out there or is more cost effective than others. No, it has to be to avoid a lawsuit. This really is getting unfair. Why not call Apple and ask before popping off like these quasi journalists do. IDCC needs to try to cure this nonsense. It makes it hard to spread the word when the mention of interdigital immediately raises suit mill in the eyes of the target reader or listener.
