Pastor Phil - I didn't find any lawsuits on either federal or state regional level. The only thing close to it was a lawsuit for ECFL - Enron Commercial Financial Ltd. Also, civil cases are rarely gagged but they would still show up.

I also doubt there's any SEC investigation. The SEC doesn't confirm or deny any investigations. When they do formally notify a company that they're being investigated, it's through a Well's Notice (a Well's Notice outlines the wrong doing) and from there the DOJ files a civil case.
