Yes and all this will be accelerated by putting your BIHC holdings in your cash accounts because then the MM's will not be able to borrow against your shares. Why give them that advantage?
Some do some don't. Usually only ones in the room where they are meeting do. I have been in those rooms. Could be different but the confidential no one talks was made very clear. I know no one where I worked who knew would talk. They have lost their jobs by doing so. Attorneys like having clients. If anyone talked they be fired to. You will no know a thing until PR hits or heads would roll. You never know but doubtful.
