Not sure if it is a good email, because I have not had a response just yet. I am hoping i get one for a poster who really needs this verified information...

But i did find this old pdf file on the web, lists alot of "tugboats" worldwide......

You could be right, because EFFC has spoken about the upgrade to the cram being able to detect alcohol & drugs...& other uses for the CRAM...
