Important to note that we are currently a whole MONTH behind in income according to the trustee. I dont like these number games that are being played! I demand to see where Mays income is!

MU states that absolutely no income was received by May 21st (when the PR was released). He says this just has to do with the fact that the May PR was a few days earlier than normal. Take a look at a conversation....

Q: Why did April's PR state "approximately $3.9 million will be withheld by the Trustee" and May's PR state "approximately $2.6 million will be withheld"?? Did MOSH make $1.3 million this month?

A: Well different people look at the numbers different ways. I think this way is more accurate now... The trust received no income for the month of May

Q: So your saying the trust made no income for May (as of the 21st) yet the PR shows $1.3 million less in the amount being withheld? The April and May PR's basically explain the same numbers?

A: Well yes, no income was received in May. Its just a different way looking at the numbers.

Q: So the WD's are still producing roughly $200K per month then? The money for May was just not received by the time the PR was released on the 21st?

A: Yes roughly $200K per month. But it could change, who knows those wells could be shut in due to mercury contamination.

Q: So next months PR should state May and June's income then?

A: Sure, just depends on when the money is received and when the PR's are released...

Yet another way the Defendants continue to confuse unitholders and paint the numbers they want them to look. This is not fair at all.

Anyone have any additional information on this? Show me the money! :)
