Triple by-passes on someone over 60 should be paid out of pocket. Insurance is unavailable to a lot of Americans today because of the medical extravagances demanded by these selfish people.

We can carry that further.
Fat because you eat too much and you develop diabetes or heart disease? Tough. Insurance won't pay.
Driving too fast, accident, severe injuries? Tough. Insurance won't pay.
Driving drunk, accident, severe injuries? Tough. Insurance won't pay.
Using a cellphone, accident, severe injuries? Tough. Insurance won't pay.
Smoke and you got heart disease or lung cancer? Tough. Insurance won't pay.

Let's take one that applies to me:
Lift a heavy weight the wring way and get a lifelong back injury? Tough. Insurance won't pay.

Any others? Is this what you had in mind?

If none of this applies to you, just wait. Something will.
