He spends the money to issue a press release about the resignation of a couple of directors who had little or nothing to do with the company and yet he's too cheap to issue a press release about Walt's death - what an a hole.
Regardless of what anyone thought about Walt I think that his passing should have warranted an press release from the company, more so than the departure of a couple of directors and a useless attorney.
