Well.

Apparently the courts haven't sided with our old friends that were dismissed from Spooz. Also I believe the lawsuit was filed by Spooz and not the two scoundrels that allegedly absconded with something they had no right to.

As I stated before the wheels of justice turn very slowly in this country.
