Well.
I would say that, given an unresolved lawsuit,
That we can't really say that Spooz has unquestionable legal rights to SWARM.
That will be up to the courts to decide.
Not anyone else.
But until then, it is most certainly NOT the case that Spooz has unquestionable legal rights to that software.
A company that has had such questionable behavior themselves should indeed be looked at with suspicion in these circumstances.
