He looked pretty good getting to that ball the other day even though he ended up dropping it.

Of course this year he's 34 and not the youngster he was in 2004 when he batted .304 15 points lower than today.
Or even last year when I was down on him and he hit .270.

And playing in Yankee Stadium instead of Fenway there is certainly a lot more ground to cover.

Go figure.
