I am sure that the IDCC lawyers will get the Judge Luckern story to the 2ndCCA. It probably would surprise you that the judges from the 2ndCCA may not know about the ITC judges. The ITC is a specialty system and the Circuit CCA is the most familiar with the ALJ's. I suspect a few Samsung and IDCC personnel are very familiar with him after the last few days. I just felt a little heat wave blow in down here in Texas myself and I believe it came from the DC area direction. There is not a better feeling when the storms are around you on the water than when your frightened and squinted eyes focus long enough to see an "old salt" handling the wheel.
