BLDV PRGL Chevron deal?

First off I want to mention that BLDV rose from the ashes on speculation of BLDV’s landholdings and workings with the Belizian govt on its Jathropa and Cahune nut oil used for making biofuel.

Blue Diamond has the feedstock that do not consume foodstufs, whereas Perihelion has a recently finished bio fuel plant capable of taking many feedstocks. In fact Perihelion was considering jathropa a while back.

What is interesting is that BLDV is planting or planning to plant Jathropa in Belize and has ties to Texas A&M, whereas Perihelion also has ties to Clemson univesity. What are the odds of collaboration going on????
