Looking beneath the surface of the large gains showing up on the charts of FRTL. Last Friday after the market closed pink sheets updated to show new company merging into FRTL will be Envit Capital. Monday morning FRTL was over a penny in less than 20 minutes. Monday very few shares traded under .01, most of the shares of FRTL have traded in a range between .01-.015 this week, closed today at .014

Secondly, FRTL 30 million shares O/S this number was updated by Company on 6/30/08 so it appears to be up to date share totals, give FRTL a market cap of $450,000 which is still very low for a company that has over a million dollars in revenue like Envit Capital appears to have.
