Jim, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I hope you did NOT resign as board moderator.
As I just returned from a long day on the road for work, I don't know what was said or not said, but I for one want to thank you for everything that you've done over the years. I understand that the past several days have been painful after such a nice run up only to see the shareprice fall back a bit, but I want to ask you to stay on and see this thing through to the completion of a Nokia license and a Samsung license.
We're all overly invested in this sickness of IDCC, but finish the ride with us if you can. If you really must resign, then all I can do is say thanks for all of your hard work, service, and encouragement over these past many years. I don't blame you for voicing your frustration, but understand that many board members look to you for encouragement when they are feeling concerned. If they knock you for being negative, it's because they are afraid that your feelings may be an indication that they were wrong for investing in IDCC.
You have many supporters who don't always say thanks as often as they should. Please accept my thank you at this time. Also, please reconsider staying on as board moderator if only for a little bit more. We truly are closer than ever and it just won't be the same if we don't have Jim Lurgio to kick around anymore.
