Approach if they are crooks? Honestly I have no idea. Even though I have seen lots misleading due-diligence and missed dates, I have not seen any "intent" to accuse them of that (yet). I've called them a few times now, heard their voice, listen to their tone, listed to their chosen words to specific questions, etc. My take is:

1) Deal continues to work itself out Lesko DD, negotiations, etc); but neither party wants to say anything until agreement is signed? Even if it takes longer than whatthey told shareholders.

2) Deal is on-hold, and DMTN doesn't want to say anything?

3) Deal is dead, and DMTN doesn't want to say anything?

4) DMTN is waiting for Lesko to answer, when in reality they have been duped by a Russian pump & dump?

5) (Insert any other ideas here).

But again, my original post was about forgeting the past.. and looking to the future.

I have some (perfectly legal) tactics up my sleeve for DMTN that I cannot disclose here. If this works, I should be able to learn a little bit more about DMTN, and it might even reveal their true colors.

The key is we need to see them become FULLY TRANSPERANT.
