Thanks for a very well reasoned and calm post that is a rare example on this board of fair mindedness. One might quibble and suggest that the disclosure shortfall is a package deal involving not just LesKo but also the share issue and an explanation of the void status but I digress. What if and what should our approach be if the Dino's are in fact crooks and have been running a pump & dump scheme? The situation certainly fits the profile, don't you think?
