Just a comment. I agree DMTN looks terrible regarding inaccuracies with past filings, business practices, etc. Everyone here has good points. Having said that, DMTN is a living (very small) company with real people that are still working and breathing.
So I would suggest we stop focusing on the past, and instead look at how we can get this existing company to be "TRULY TRANSPERANT" from here on out.
DMTN took the step to be transparent and make their information current in Pink Sheets for some reason. They didn't pay $350K(or something like that) recently in Delaware taxes for no reason.
The one item we all know they HAVE NOT been transparent about is the Lesko deal.
I propose we (as a group) try to get them to speak to this deal. Not the details, but instead provide us an update on this on the progress.. is deal dead? is it ongoing? etc. Just an update on progress without disclosing the deal is quite fair considering we should have received an update back in Jan.2008.
