Hi Sammy, will you please clarify a few items:

1) Since the "financier" now has control. At what point did he receive it. After the "BOD" voted for the R/S and how much control?

2) About how much money does M99 receive from the deal?

3) Do you believe Jason is also cashing out the $750k he "supposedly" invested?
