Well in theory I would agree but what and who should go.
I don't know but in most companies like this one payroll is 80% of expenses.

Cut their salaries, good idea but try to get that done.

Fire employees, wonderful but clerks and janitorial service people are needed and are not that expensive.

Administration and Scientists:
Ok now we are taking, if there is too much administration
or if there doctors are no longer needed for the future.

Remember these are the people who got them here though.

In my experience saving 10% is doing very very well but that often leads to lack of expandability and an organization that is lacking depth.

They need to keep more than a base core. I still say, why would Cox keep more than he believes he needs, that would kill the goose that laid them gold eggs. Letting go of people he needs would do the same. So here is another example of people sitting on the outside thinking we know what’s good on the inside, with no clue.

Will people ever get off his back, he is what is, support would be nice.
