Black Diamond Ventures Ltd. Acquires Shares of Seaview Energy Inc.
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 3, 2008) - Black Diamond Ventures Ltd. announces that it acquired ownership on April 1, 2008, of 5,321,576 class A shares ("Class A Shares") of Seaview Energy Inc. ("Seaview") (TSX VENTURE:CVU), constituting 19.62% of the issued and outstanding Class A Shares of Seaview. The Class A Shares were acquired in connection with the acquisition by Seaview of the issued and outstanding securities of 1332915 Alberta Ltd., a private company in which Black Diamond was a securityholder. Black Diamond Ventures Ltd. now beneficially owns and controls 5,728,243 Class A Shares of Seaview, which represents 21.12% of the issued and outstanding Class A Shares of Seaview.
