<<Why was I so stupid? I feel that I have to trust GTCB management to make the most beneficial decisions, for the survival of GTCB, given whatever situation they might encounter. GTCB management felt the need for the authorization. I'm going to trust their judgement.>>


That was my reasoning as well. If you don't trust management enough to make the right choice in this regard, why trust then to negotiate a partnership or with anything else? It seems to me if you vote no, you should have sold some time ago.
