I voted to authorize GTCB management to do a RS, if they feel that is would be necessary in the future.

Why was I so stupid? I feel that I have to trust GTCB management to make the most beneficial decisions, for the survival of GTCB, given whatever situation they might encounter. GTCB management felt the need for the authorization. I'm going to trust their judgement.
