Sorry about the personal jab hon, and thanks and good luck to you too. Personal attacks run rampant on these boards and the last thing I wanted to become was one of the "those" people. I'm optimistic about GTEM, a lot of it's due to timing of my involvement, a lot of it's just a hunch which I see get backed up by responsible action, for a change.
