prototype hydrogen powered machines to the media and shareholders. The dates of
demonstration previously announced were September of '08 and the Company expects
to have its technology available in that timeframe. "We are excited to the point
of subordinating every other project, including the restaurant project, in favor
of our revolutionary technology relative to retrofitting cars and boats. That is
