cause in my mind it is a way to take advantage of a loophole in the system...which congrats to you for making money on it,but i looked at the round up board and there is a reason why there is so many problems collecting might send out a warning there is a problem,but it only cost 10 dollars so i understand the reasoning for doing it,but so there is the lottery label i put on it..
