If they are DTC eligible that is good, the ru's will be delivered much sooner than if they are not. 6 weeks.
"or the company" gives me some doubt. If not dtc eligible, each broker gets 1 master cert by mail, at the slow speed of the transfer agent. And some brokers do not request the correct # of shares. In that case 3-4 months at best.
