So you are stating the YA is shorting against the 800K shares in escrow that is not in there name? Are they ever going to get them for sure. What about the other CD holders and them getting paid? What is YA going to do with 134,600,000 warrants? Who they going to sell them too? Are they shorting against them or is the 134,600,000 warrants included in the 800,000,000 escrow shares? So many questions, so little direction from the company. YA must have a mind set to destroy SWVC then!!
