This company has a ton of debt that can be shorted
as soon as the shares are authorized, and they
may be getting authorized even as we speak.

Funny how some here stated that YA/Cornell had a 1 year
waiting period to sell. It seems that they started
selling as soon as the "real" 6 month restriction ended.
