I've never tried to close on a multi million dollar loan. However, I got a business loan about 3 years ago and it was no paltry sum. So to correct your assumption...you're wrong. Not only have I closed on a commercial loan, I've even run a successful business and sold it. Have you ever done that? I highly doubt it. The bank thought it was a bit risky being that I had never been in business for myself so they required the SBA to back the loan. However, it was NO trouble I assure you. You may want to find out a little bit about a person before you make assumptions. You seem to jump to conclusions quite a bit lately about good people.
Maybe you're right about where the industry is going NOW. However, that is the ONLY point where you have even a remote chance of defending. I have not seen you even ONCE attempt to defend, with facts, New Visual and the almost imminent bankruptcy. Advance fee or no...the fact remains that they can't get a loan even when they pay someone to look at it.
