henry - it's not even close to an equal offset.

even if you assume roundup players bought 100 shares in 1000 accounts (which is way, way more than we've ever seen on any roundup).

that's 100,000 shares.

DTIC probably had somewhere in the area of 200M outstanding before the split. most of that stock was probably held by insiders and management because, it was in fact, a shell.

so you split the insiders and management by over 99%, but the roundup players only get diluted minimally by their shares.

so as far as market capitalization is concerned, there's not a huge difference in the post-split value of the shares -- whether there is 300,000 OS or 500,000 OS.

the fact that the offset is not equal, and is skewed so favorably to roundup players, is the REASON why these plays are so popular.

NWMO -- many of us made THOUSANDS on twenty bucks. JDMC was similar.
