i should have rephrased that. the lack of volume doesn't really suprise me. retail accounts with fidelity and schwab probably are unable to trade this until the transfer agent switches shares. the no offer does.
the last OTCBB reverse i was involved in EINF. has a market and i am able to trade partials.
