Thanks for your note. Let me address a couple of your questions.

We continue to work hard to build shareholder value for you and our other shareholders. As I stated in this week's press release, there are many things I would like to accomplish over the next 12 months, including building revenue to the $30,000,000 level and operating profit to $6 million. This is a very attainable goal.

Given that we anticipate becoming cash flow positive once August.net is fully integrated into our company (which we expect to complete next quarter), additional share issuance will solely be for the purpose of acquiring additional companies and building our business. You can expect the number of shares outstanding to go up as few as possible as we complete acquisitions. The key to creating value is to have the value of the shares given to the seller to be less than the value of that company to our business. That is what I mean when I call an acquisition "accretive." So far, we have done very well in making accretive acquisitions.

We are extremely excited with our technology and are working hard on pushing forward with development. We have a smart engineering team with some very innovative ideas.

Finally, I am focused on building what I call "intrinsic value per share." That is real value in the form of revenue, profits and technology. When I grow intrinsic value, the stock price should respond in the future, the same as it has so far.
