I was looking at another stock, nothing to do with HCPC but they have just announced a big increase in AS. The following comment was posted:

"The increase in A/S is a requirement for a fully reporting company. You need to have enough shares available to cover the debt."

So my question is could this be a scenario for HCPC?.
i.e. Due to FM situation no BCLOC at this time so their change in course was to take on debt through ownership of GSR/Market St/etc, perhaps in league with, well name your partner, Texas billionaires/Cremel/etc etc. Are they one of the 2 bidders we heard about & all hush,hush until deal is done?. Above refers to "fully reporting company" the desired goal of HCPC, would seem to dovetail nicely with that. tlo.
