Thanks Stanley. UVE was something I was definitely wondering about. They sound like the closest example of a similarly situated public company and it is trading at a considerably lower PE. There may be good reasons but my main question was whether or not the stock is really cheap because the warrants cannot be excercised until Oct and if the stock did happen to be too expensive it might explain the big discount.

Again haven't mucked with these and I don't know how they trade but it was interesting that if you put them at a PE similar to UVE the warrants are actually pretty close to fair value now.

It very well may justify a higher PE. I am not saying it doesn't just wondering if there is a specific reason they get a bigger number. KiK might be the guy to ask.
