MCTL gapping a bit pre-hours. 1.09 x 1.14

MCTL was 1.54 just a few days ago. Many (and I stress many) things in the works. $6 Million accretive acquisition should be coming soon.

Looks like a base has formed about 1.10 area. Could leg up soon.
