There's something not right about that site. It states that on 02/14/08, an amendment was filed to increase the A/S from 25 million to 200 million. That's not correct. The increase was completed in November of 2007. The facts are wrong.

Until I see an official SEC filing, I'm going to assume that it's still 200 million.
