You have got to be kidding me??? Talked to some people who were notified that Peter hasn't been able to raise enough money. If that doesn't qualify as a lie, it sure is a twisting of the truth. HUGE difference between someone being NOTIFIED verses being kept up to date by a shareholder letter. The FACT is the money was raised as only $50k was needed to close on the shell and the rest was to be paid over time. You would rather throw stones than look for the truth. You accused Mr Fiorillo of massive dilution when his history shows the exact opposite. Attack all you want, The FACT is I am glad to know Mr Fiorillo, glad to be a part of this company as a shareholder, and am looking forward to the future with RXPC Inc.
